What We Do

Larkin Collective helps businesses take shape and work better.

We partner with founders and leadership teams to build the framework behind their ideas. That includes brand identity, digital platforms, marketing strategy, operational systems, and the processes that allow a business to function and grow.

Some clients come to us at the beginning. Others come with years of history and complexity. In both cases, our role is to bring clarity, organization, and momentum.

Design is our lens, not the soul output. We use it as an approach to problem solving, organizing information, balancing perspectives, and creating systems that support long-term growth.

Blair Daspit

Graphic design has always been in Blair’s blood — even as a child, she collaged with Vanity Fair magazines, tooled with design programs, and drafted dream-home floor plans (as the child of an architect and interior designer does). School fine-tuned her design skills, while New Orleans — along with art school in Italy — fed her endless inspiration. She worked in design and architecture firms across Chicago, Jackson Hole, and New Orleans, learning from colors and materials specialists, architects, corporate branding experts, developers, interior designers, luxury retailers, and more.

These experiences gave Blair a deep understanding of the design industry, her strengths within it, and ultimately, where she wanted to be. Branding is about knowing your market and communicating succinctly — capturing a feeling, idea, or concept and relating it to your audience. After a lifetime immersed in design, this comes second nature.

What you really need to understand about Blair is how fiercely she is committed to beauty. Slow, imperfect, unbridled beauty. To her, a life seeped in beauty — whether piecing together a well-collected home, buying bodega flowers, or admiring thoughtful packaging — is a life well-lived. Beauty is forged by history, as fascinating as it is profound. In a world where speed and newness are prioritized, celebrating that richness is more essential than ever. Call it intention, if you like — Blair believes you should lead with that. Lead with a story. Lead with genuine care. That’s what resonates. Great design achieves that.

Peyton Finch

Peyton is a graphic designer, born and raised in Southeast Louisiana. Throughout childhood, Peyton enjoyed sculpting, drawing, jewelry-making, photography, cooking, and occasional woodworking with her Father. This early exposure to many creative avenues only increased Peyton’s appetite to learn and experiment in visual media.

She got her start studying film and audio production at the New Orleans Center for Creative Arts. In the 11th grade, she directed a documentary on coastal erosion’s impact on Louisiana’s indigenous archaeological sites through the National Geographic Society’s grant program. During this project, Peyton developed and refined skills in motion design and web design. This experience showed Peyton the limitless potential of collaboration and design, as she created engaging posters and designed a website to promote the project’s film and research, balancing resonant storytelling with effective visual communication.

While earning her Bachelor of Design from Loyola University, she interned at Rouses Markets, one of the country’s largest independent grocers, for three years. She collaborated closely with the marketing team and other departments of the company. She developed engaging, culturally resonant content across print and digital platforms, supported vendor campaigns for brands like Community Coffee, Zapp’s, and the New Orleans Saints. This included designing and executing social media content, email marketing campaigns, and private label packaging. Peyton also created the visual identity for two Rouses Markets campaigns, with digital, billboard, and in-store components.

At the Larkin Collective, Peyton enjoys working with clients spanning several industries. She is committed to creative problem-solving and staying true to a client’s voice and goals. At the core of her approach is a belief in the power of design to inform, connect, and uplift. She thrives collaborating with clients who want to pursue thoughtfully executed design and marketing solutions that increase brand engagement and enrich their communities.

WeHelp NOLA

WeHelp NOLA is a locally owned and operated organization that provides free, large-scale mental health care access to restaurant industry workers throughout New Orleans. They are on the forefront of necessary and progressive solutions to systemically improve a community in desperate need of mental health support.

WeHelp’s founder Olivia McCoy approached Blair in 2019 to aid in the development of this special non-profit. In a city with such a vibrant hospitality scene, WeHelp is a service for the greater community. Having worked in the service industry around the country, being able to help bring this non profit to life has been such a rewarding experience for Blair.
